The brainchild of surfing legend Joel Tudor, The Vans Duct Tape Invitational has revitalised the longboard community as a back to basics surf festival that rewards creativity and style. Aside from the invitational contest, the festival offers a relaxed vibe that removes any barrier between the spectator and athlete through surfing, music & art over three days at a different location every time.

Black Sparrow has produced the European rounds of the Duct Tape Invitational and Festival for the last decade as well as organising product launches and other experiences for Vans Surf.

We manage action sport specific Influencer Experiences to show your brands products in the environments they were designed for. To launch the new Travel / Surf inspired Ultra Range category for Vans we took crew of Influencers to Mundaka in Spain to explore, surf, eat, drink and post about the new product.
